Common questions

How do I back up my records? Create a free account in the app (Settings > Account and backup). Your properties, certificates and photos are then backed up and appear on any phone you sign in on.

How do I export everything? Settings > Export a backup gives you a copy of all your records. Money > Export for your accountant gives a tax-year zip with your receipts.

How do I cancel? If you subscribed in the app, cancel in your phone's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play). If you subscribed on our website, use Settings > Manage billing in the app. Your records stay readable and exportable after you cancel.

How do I delete my account? Settings > Account and backup > Delete my account. This deletes your account and the cloud copy of your records straight away.
